The only west facing beach along this stretch of coastline, Kimmeridge bay has a wealth of material to test and improve your photographic skills. This workshop will include composition and technical tuition - an ideal way to embed the skills learned during our Introduction to DSLR courses - but would also suit newcomers to digital photography or new DSLR owners. Start time will be confirmed closer to the workshop to make the most of the tide and available light; we will meet near the Visitor Centre at the eastern end of the beach - by the boat ramp. Come prepared for rough ground and some walking - the path up to the top of the cliffs is quite steep. and the beach is mainly large shingle and rock. Please note mobile coverage is limited in the valley. Facilities are fairly limited, so you will need to bring a packed lunch and something to drink. If light is suitable we may extend the day to make the most of the sunset. Cost is £95 per person. You can book by email - we look forward to hearing from you! If you are new to digital photography you might usefully follow this with a Digital Workflow workshop... learn to manage your images and start to explore digital editing. |
